My services are utilized by title companies and lenders to provide personalized service to borrowers for witness signings of their loan documents. My services offer convenience to the signer. Many people can not go to a Notary Public's office due to conflicts, disabilities, work hours, child care, hospitalization or transportation problems. That's where I come in. My services allow complete convenience for all parties involved. I can do notarizations and loan signings at times and places other than during normal business hours. Traveling to the signers home, office or even a neutral signing location. I provide document signing services to various Lenders, Title Companies, Escrow Companies, Signing Agencies, Small Businesses, Hospital/Medical Offices, Nursing/Convalescent Homes, and the general public. Covering Lee County and surrounding areas. Last minute request? No problem I can receive documents via email, digital documents and fax documents. Offering day, evening, and weekend appointments. Offering flexibility to accommodate busy schedules or non-standard working hours. |
